I grew up watching my father, Kunwer Sachdev — the Solar Man of India — build something extraordinary from nothing. That spirit never left me.

My name is Khushboo Sachdev, and I am an entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker. The brand I carry is simple and true: Lead with Energy. It is not just a phrase — it is a philosophy born from witnessing resilience, faith, and relentless purpose in the people I love most.

I am the daughter of Kunwer Sachdev, the visionary entrepreneur who founded Su-Kam Power Systems and became known as the Inverter Man of India, and later the Solar Man of India. Growing up in that environment taught me that innovation is not just technical — it is personal, spiritual, and deeply human.

I serve as Director at Su-vastika Systems Private Limited — part of the Kunwer Sachdev family of companies in the solar energy and power sector — where I handle strategic, business, and operational responsibilities. I am co-filer on 25 technology patents in Kunwer Sachdev’s portfolio (solarmanofindia.com/patents — application numbers listed for reference). Separately, Su-vastika has 12 technology patents granted in solar energy, lithium battery, and power backup (suvastika.com/patents) — a testament to the depth of innovation happening at the company. Among these, Su-vastika Solar was awarded a Government of India patent for its IoT-based multiple battery selection system, a milestone for India’s EV and solar industry (recognised by the Times of India, September 2022). Before stepping into this role, I built a broad professional foundation at some of India and the world’s most respected organisations: Headstrong, EXL, G4S Securities, and American Express. Beyond the boardroom, I write. I explore the questions that matter to me: What does it mean to raise a gifted child? How do the ancient Mahavidyas speak to our modern lives? What is the relationship between artificial intelligence and the divine spark in each of us?
