Khushboo Sachdev
Founder of Su-vastika Systems Private Limited
Khushboo Sachdev is the Founder of Su-vastika Systems Private Limited, a start-up that provides sustainable energy solutions. At Su-vastika, Khushboo is especially focused on technology development and innovations and works tirelessly with the team to bring the latest and safest products in the market, thanks to her HR background. Under the mentorship of Kunwer Sachdev, who is also known as the Inverter Man of India, Khusbhoo Sachdev has been instrumental in securing seven technology patents and filling over 60 technology patents with the Government of India.
Khushboo began her professional journey as a trainer while pursuing her master’s in the field of learning and development. Her passion for becoming a trainer led her to become associated with renowned institutions and provide training to school students, college students, and young professionals. She has delivered her training sessions at Sanskriti School, Birla Vidya Mandir, Sharda University, NIIT, and corporate companies, including Headstrong, EXL, Luminous, G4S Securities, and American Express. Khushboo also holds a Master’s degree in English literature and a diploma in French.
Apart from her command over the language, she displays additional skills in media interactions and moderating communications between the organization and various media outlets. She also has experience in public relations from coordinating various projects within the company. Khusboo strongly believes that her education in the field of languages serves as a backbone that helps her conduct business interactions with ease.
Core Competencies
Khushboo holds a Masters in English Literature and a Diploma in French Language. She applied for her first job while pursuing her masters in the field of Learning & Development. It was here she realized that she enjoyed being a Trainer. She has a natural flair for training and has had a lot of experience in the area from training school students, college students and young professionals. She trained students of Sanskriti School, Birla Vidya Mandir, Sharda University, NIIT and moved on to Corporates and prestigious companies like Headstrong, EXL, Luminous, G4S Securities, American Express and so on. Digital media marketing is another one up her alley. She managed all the Online properties of Su-kam, managing their strategy to acquire more viewer ship and followers organically. Alongside, she tried her hand at Public Relations. At Su- Kam, she curated the various blogs and videos. She also spent time in the Human Resource department where she coordinated for various projects with the senior manager.
Accomplishments
Khushboo is skilled in moderating communications between the organization and various media outlets. She has handled and worked closely with various agencies like PR Agencies, Creative Agencies and the like. She has an expertise in media interactions which are required to build and strengthen the brand and the image in the multiple media platforms and also over the social media.
Her education in the field of languages gave her an advantage to conduct these interactions and her varied experience with different groups helped her embrace different audiences with ease.
